The company was established in 2009, headquartered in Tikrit, Salah ad-Din, with a capital of five billion Iraqi dinars, and is classified First Class in construction and Fifth Class in electrical and mechanical works by the Ministry of Planning. Since its inception it has been a pioneer in delivering top-tier services within its scope of work, with dedication and sincerity, supported by highly specialised and professional staff across every sector in which it operates.

What we do
Seven divisions, one contract line
The company was licensed for construction, trade, fuel and food supply and real-estate development from the outset — so a client can place civil works, electrical works and supply under a single agreement.
Infrastructure
Roads and bridges, water networks and treatment plants, sewerage, irrigation and drainage schemes.
Electrical & electromechanical
Distribution networks, medium- and low-voltage lines, pumping stations, generation plants, and the supply and installation of machinery.
Trade & supply
Import, export and the supply of government departments with office equipment, electrical goods and laboratory instruments.
Fuel & energy supplies
Supply of fuel and its derivatives to filling stations, project sites and plant — with storage tanks, dispensing installations and the transport to keep them running.
Foodstuff supply
Supply of foodstuffs and prepared meals to ministries, government departments, schools and hospitals.
Real-estate development
Development of residential and commercial complexes, and investment in real-estate projects.

Classified to bid, and to build
Classification is what puts a contractor in the room. Ours is held with the Ministry of Planning and renewed with the Iraqi Contractors Federation, alongside a paid-up capital of five billion dinars.

We own the plant we schedule
Dozers, loaders and excavators for earthworks; pavers and rollers for roads; tippers, tractor units and tankers for haulage; pumps, lifts and generators for the site itself. Owning the fleet is how a programme survives a delayed hire.
