How we work
The same five stages on every contract, whether it is a school or a distribution network.
You send the bill of quantities, drawings or a description of the requirement. We confirm what is missing before pricing anything.
A priced offer with a construction programme, the plant assigned to it, and the classification documents attached.
On award we mobilise our own plant and engineering staff, so the start date does not depend on a hire market.
Resident engineers on site, quantities measured against the contract, and progress reported to the employer's supervising body.
Preliminary and final handover, defects made good, and the maintenance period served in full.
